Rev. Dr. Joseph Rychcik and his wife Peg have two adult sons. He received his Masters of Divinity degree from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and earned a Doctorate in Ministry.

 Dr. Rychcik began his ministry in Enon Valley, PA. He studied at the American Summer Institute of Theology in Edinburgh, Scotland. While serving as Pastor in Monroeville, PA, he traveled on a Middle East mission study to Jordan, Egypt and Israel. A new sanctuary was built and dedicated during his pastorate in Milwaukie, OR, a suburb of Portland. While serving as Pastor in Carthage, MO, he traveled on a mission trip to study the emerging underground churches of the Ukraine.

Dr. Rychcik began his service to Center Presbyterian Church in 2003, as the church celebrated it’s 175th Anniversary. Dr. Joe’s passion is spirituality, he offers a variety of small group experiential studies on this topic.
